Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist Security Management to partner with customers and teams, translating security insights into robust, scalable designs that protect assets and enable innovation. You will drive risk assessments, manage CCTV/access control, and support audits while building strong supplier and stakeholder relationships across manufacturing operations.

You will lead security awareness, coordinate with internal and external parties, and ensure policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate/manufacturing/semi conductor security experience.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, risk assessment, incidents, audits and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments and investigate incidents.
• Manage CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms and visitor systems.
• Protect company assets, IP and critical materials.
• Support audits, compliance requirements and security governance.
• Lead security awareness programs across the organization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and authorities.
• Support emergency response, crisis management and BCM activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure policy compliance.
