Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer with 4 to 6 years of vulnerability management experience in a managed services environment. The role is hands-on with Rapid7 and Tenable Nessus, responsible for the full lifecycle from design and rollout to steady-state support for multinational enterprise clients.

You will manage deployments, incident response, policy management, and cross‑functional project delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in endpoint vulnerability management, preferably in MSSP.
• Hands-on with Rapid7 or Tenable Nessus in deployment and operations.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise client support and incident handling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Certifications in Rapid7 or Tenable are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and support Rapid7 or Tenable Nessus deployments.
• Deploy vulnerability management solutions for enterprise clients.
• Handle incident response, policy management, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with multinational clients to ensure SLA adherence.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to service standardization.
• Produce patching compliance reports and vulnerability assessments.
• Lead incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans and remediation recommendations.
• Ensure firmware and agent versions are up to date across client environments.

We’re seeking a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in vulnerability management technologies within a managed services environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on with tools like Rapid 7, Tenable Nessus and can manage the full lifecycle — from design and rollout to steady-state support for multinational enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and support Rapid 7 or Tenable Nessus or Other Vulnerability Management solution.
• Deploy, and rollout of Vulnerability Management solution for enterprise clients.
• Handle incident response, policy management, troubleshooting, and optimization across multiple environments.
• Work closely with MNC customers to deliver high-quality managed services, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams on project delivery, system upgrades, and operational handovers.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to service standardization efforts.
• Generate and deliver patching compliance reports and vulnerability assessment reports to customers.
• Lead the technical call and Root cause analysis discussion
• Take lead on the incident troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans, analyze security risks, and recommend remediation actions.
• Perform schedule scan and adhoc, troubleshoot failed assets, and take corrective actions
• Ensure firmware and agent version in client environment is up to date and drive continuous improvement to the environment.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in endpoint Vulnerability management operations, preferably in a managed service or MSSP setup.
• Proven hands-on expertise with Rapid 7 or Tenable Nessus.
• Strong understanding of Vulnerability Management methodologies.
• Experience in configuration, deployment planning, and ongoing operational support for enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in Rapid 7 or Tenable are added advantages.
