Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity in Malaysia seeks a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in endpoint protection within a managed services environment to design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade security solutions for multinational clients.

You will work with Trend Micro Vision One, Apex One, Trellix ePO/EDR, CrowdStrike, and SentinelOne, lead deployment, incident response, and policy management while mentoring juniors and driving service standardization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in endpoint security engineering or MSSP.
• Hands-on with Trend Micro Vision One/Apex One, Trellix ePO/EDR, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne.
• Experience in deployment planning, configuration, and ongoing operational support for enterprise customers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications in Trellix, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or CompTIA Security+ are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and support endpoint security platforms.
• Lead the planning, deployment, and rollout of endpoint security solutions for enterprise clients.
• Handle incident response, policy management, troubleshooting, and optimization across environments.
• Work with MNC customers to deliver managed services with SLA adherence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams on project delivery, system & firmware upgrades, and operational handovers.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to service standardization.

We’re seeking a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in endpoint protection and detection technologies within a managed services environment. The ideal candidate is hands‑on with tools like Trend Micro Vision One, Trend Micro Apex One, Trellix ePO, Trellix EDR, CrowdStrike, and SentinelOne, and can manage the full lifecycle from design and rollout to steady‑state support for multinational enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and support Trend Micro Vision One, Trend Micro Apex One, Trellix ePO, Trellix EDR, CrowdStrike, and SentinelOne, endpoint security platforms.
• Lead the planning, deployment, and rollout of endpoint security solutions for enterprise clients.
• Handle incident response, policy management, troubleshooting, and optimization across multiple environments.
• Work closely with MNC customers to deliver high-quality managed services, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement including Following ITiL processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on project delivery, system & firmware upgrades, and operational handovers.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to service standardization efforts.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in endpoint security engineering or operations, preferably in a managed services or MSSP setup.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with Trellix ePO / EDR, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike Falcon, and SentinelOne.
• Strong understanding of endpoint protection, detection, and response methodologies.
• Experience in configuration, deployment planning, and ongoing operational support for enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Certifications in Trellix, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or CompTIA Security+ are an advantage.
