Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Secretarial Executive to maintain statutory records, prepare documents, and liaise with auditors and lawyers for clients. You will ensure timely submissions, draft minutes and resolutions, and provide ad-hoc advisory on corporate secretarial matters.

Ensure that statutory records are properly maintained and updated for portfolio of clients under the team’s purview.
Prepare statutory documents and forms and perform proper housekeeping of records
Follow-up with client on the return of documents and forms and ensure compliance with submission timeline and requirements
Liaise with auditors, lawyers, bankers etc. and attend to queries on behalf of clients.
Attend to request on certified documents, extract of minutes of meeting or resolutions, KYC review and any other company secretarial related requests.
Drafting of minutes and resolutions based on board papers/DCR papers.
Provide clients with ad-hoc advisory on corporate secretarial matters
Good knowledge of Companies Act, Capital Market and Securities Act, procedures and guidelines
Strong client servicing skills and willingness to learn fast.
Meticulous, organized, proactive and adaptable in working styles.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
Computer literate, good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
At least three years of working experience.
