Job summary

The British American Tobacco Group in Selangor, Malaysia seeks a Senior SAP Finance Consultant to define and lead the end-to-end SAP FICO strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will ensure SOX controls, governance, and scalable finance platforms across global BAT processes.

This role partners with IT and Finance teams to drive value and risk management. Ideal candidates have extensive SAP FICO, S/4HANA, and release management experience, with a strong track record in audit-regulated environments

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP FICO experience supporting Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Strong SAP landscape expertise including S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP and integration tech.
• Experience in Enterprise IT delivery, Release Management, QA, and Platform Governance.
• Leadership in managing enterprise technology products and roadmaps.
• Experience in audit-regulated and SOX-compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to retirement.
• Gather requirements and maintain product backlog based on business value.
• Lead change governance and ensure alignment with processes and controls.
• Partner with architects to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Drive performance and value realization through benchmarks and adoption initiatives.
• Support audits, SOX controls, QA, and operational standards.
