Job summary

British American Tobacco DBS in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a Product Manager - SAP Controlling to oversee SAP CO with emphasis on product costing and material ledger. You will drive process improvements, ensure accurate cost reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years working experience in SAP ECC and S4 HANA with at least 3 full lifecycle project implementations.
• Ability in SAP ECC or S4 HANA Finance and Controlling, with primary focus in Controlling area.
• Experience/integration with MM, SD, and PP modules; good understanding of SAP technical aspects and ABAP.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert within SAP Controlling, deep knowledge of product costing and material ledger in SAP CO.
• Lead change lifecycle for implementations: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, governance approvals, transition and post-implementation support.
• Provide input and robust solutions to meet business requirements.
• Evaluate and approve estimates provided by the 3rd party service provider.
• Ensure changes meet change management, governance and criteria; own IT automated controls and quality assurance post-audit and SOX controls.
• Support change management, release and deployment, test management, service transition and operations.
• Contribute to CSIP to improve quality and lean processes.
