Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring accurate and updated records.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, update deal stages and ownership, and track tasks.
• Convert meetings into structured action logs with owners and deadlines.
• Prepare weekly pipeline reports and highlight bottlenecks to leadership.
• Coordinate inputs across Sales, Marketing, Client Success and other teams.
• Help implement practical CRM, Tasks, and handoff processes.
• Provide AI-assisted documentation support while ensuring accuracy.
