We are representing our client a growing solution provider specializing in automation system and engineering services for the electronics and semiconductor industry. Currently they are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to strengthen their brand presence and drive business growth across the ASEAN market.

Work Location: Melaka

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full sales cycle, including client meetings, follow-up calls, and active participation in trade exhibitions, to achieve targets and support business plans.
  2. Actively explore market trends and pursue potential projects to drive business growth.
  3. Strengthen partnerships with current customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities across the ASEAN market.
  4. Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations, making effective use of marketing tools and resources.
  5. Represent the Company at industry events to showcase solutions and reinforce our position as a trusted leader in factory traceability and automation.
  6. Provide accurate and timely updates on sales performance, forecasts, and expense reports.
  7. Uphold the Companys values by fostering a professional, positive image in all interactions.
  8. Remain adaptable to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities when required.
Requirements
  1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years sales experience within the manufacturing sector; exposure to the electronics or semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
  3. Proven experience in sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and applying management tools to analyze and drive business performance.
  4. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
  5. Willingness to travel across Malaysia and ASEAN as required.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  7. Self-driven, dedicated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
  9. Marketing knowledge or experience will be considered an added advantage.
