Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients or corporate accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, wealth management, and trade finance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth individual and corporate clients, effectively presenting UOB's value proposition.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions across various banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, wealth management, trade finance).
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide expert advice on suitable banking products and services.
• Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product specialists, credit, and operations, to ensure seamless client service and product delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and risks.
• Ensure full compliance with all UOB policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Participate in industry events, networking activities, and business development initiatives.
