Job summary

ERM in Kuala Lumpur offers an excellent opportunity for a safety risk engineering leader. As a key member of the team, you will oversee a strongly performing group, manage complex technical projects, and engage in business development to grow ERM’s Safety & Risk Services.

Candidates should have at least 15 years of relevant experience, a degree in engineering, and excellent communication skills. This role will involve mentoring the team and ensuring project standards are met.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in safety risk engineering, preferably in oil & gas or chemical sectors.
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with HSE cases and supporting safety studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety & Risk team in Malaysia.
• Business Development and Client Management.
• Project Management of complex technical work.
• Provide technical guidance on projects.
