Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd seeks a Manager of Safety, Fire & Security to safeguard people and assets, ensuring OSHA, BOMBA and Fire Safety compliance across the property. You will drive risk management, incident investigations and continuous safety improvements, coordinating with BOMBA and internal departments.

The role requires strong leadership, on-call availability for emergencies, and the ability to balance regulatory obligations with business needs in a hospitality setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in safety & health, security management, risk management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in safety and security management.
• Registered OSH-C with DOSH Malaysia or equivalent.
• FSM certification recognised by BOMBA Malaysia or strong BOMBA knowledge.
• Strong leadership and incident investigation skills.

• Oversee OSH, fire safety and security programmes across the property.
• Coordinate with BOMBA on inspections, fire safety matters and licencing.
• Lead risk assessments, safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Maintain fire safety records, certificates and emergency procedures.
