Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Senior Executive to support Group Risk Management and Sustainability. The role involves identifying, assessing, and monitoring enterprise risks while advancing sustainability initiatives aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, prepare risk reports for senior management and Board Committees, and help coordinate ESG reporting under GRI/TCFD frameworks, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or sustainability/ESG.
• Knowledge of ERM frameworks and sustainability reporting standards (GRI, TCFD).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
• Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across business units
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and Board Committees
• Facilitate risk assessment workshops and follow up on mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Support the development and execution of sustainability strategies and initiatives
• Coordinate ESG reporting in line with frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, or Bursa Malaysia requirements
• Monitor sustainability KPIs and track progress against targets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG practices into operations
• Assist in sustainability disclosures, reports, and audits
