Job summary

Watsons in Malaysia is seeking a retail associate to deliver excellent customer service at the Perak store. You will assist customers, promote VIP memberships, maintain stock levels, and follow Watsons operating standards to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a pleasant personality, strong communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills, and availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. Diploma/Certificate/Secondary education is acceptable.

• To provide professional service to customers.
• To coordinates sufficient stock levels.

• To maintains procedures and methods according to Operations Standards.
• To undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
