Job summary

Deleum seeks a senior reservoir engineer to provide input for selecting well stimulation candidates in a multilayered reservoir, focusing on leftover oil and water saturation estimation. The role involves reviewing data and integrating geological, petrophysical and production information.

You will identify optimum stimulation candidates, evaluate remaining oil saturation, and present actionable technical recommendations to clients while adhering to HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• Master's degree in Reservoir Engineering preferred.
• Membership of professional bodies desirable.
• 20+ years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream oil & gas.

Responsibilities

• Review reservoir and production data.
• Integrate geological, petrophysical and production information.
• Identify optimum stimulation candidates.
• Correlate reservoir zones across nearby wells.
• Evaluate remaining oil saturation.
• Estimate production potential after stimulation.
• Prepare technical justification for candidate selection.
• Present recommendations to clients.
• Follow professional work ethics and HSE regulations.
