Job summary

The Intellect Company is seeking a hands-on researcher to lead validation of our PRA methodology and to build benchmarks for interpreting client data. You will collaborate with academic partners and client organisations to publish case studies and strengthen the framework’s reliability.

Ideal candidates are data-driven, comfortable presenting to enterprise clients, and motivated by applied measurement science rather than purely academic publishing.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in psychology or quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of applied research experience.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and using statistical programs.
• Survey design experience across populations or markets.
• Experience presenting analytic findings to senior non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own psychometric validation of Intellect’s psychosocial risk instrument and adaptation for new markets.
• Maintain analysis logic behind psychosocial risk reporting and reproduce outputs independently.
• Define clinical outcome metrics used in product and client reporting.
• Build and maintain benchmarks and norms for the assessment framework.
• Manage survey panel and data collection partners for benchmark development.
• Design and run evaluation of AI-enabled features and bring new analytical approaches.
• Present findings to enterprise clients, HR and risk leaders, and government stakeholders.
• Support case studies and evidence assets for commercial teams; collaborate with academic partners.
