Qualifications

• 5+ years in the relevant semiconductor industry.
• Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, Diode, MOSFET).
• Experience in handling maintenance and test development.

• Manage and lead ATE Test Operation of the Reliability Lab.
• Drive team to meet On-Time Delivery and monitor progress.
• Collaborate on new product test hardware requirements.
