Overview

• To maintain close relationship with existing customers in order to increase wallet share of customers and to maximize business opportunities
• Provide sound advisory on wealth management and financial planning
• Manage customer expectations and provide excellent service at all times

Key Responsibilities

• Create relationship management of existing Premier Banking customers in accordance with established standards
• Actively participate and support Premier Banking marketing activities for customers’ acquisition and retention
• Provide advisory and financial planning assistance to customers in terms of portfolio management
• Acquisition of new to Bank customers to increase our Premier base
• To ensure strict compliance to all standard SOPs set by the Bank
