Job summary

B. Braun Group in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive - Regional Process Coordinator to harmonize and optimize finance processes across APAC. You will bridge Global Process Coordination, Controlling, IT, and regional teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.

You will lead SAP Controlling activities, support period-end closing, cost allocations, and interfaces (FI/CO/MM/PS). A 3+ year track record in process optimization and SAP Controlling is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 3 years in process optimization and Controlling-related business processes.
• Strong SAP Controlling expertise including cost center accounting, internal orders, WBS settlement, period-end closing and product costing.
• Knowledge of cross-functional SAP processes and data flows, esp. SD postings into ACDOCA, with FI/MM/PS exposure.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and enhance business processes in the respective area.
• Coordinate interface between Global Process Coordination, Controlling, IT, and other departments.
• Lead finance-focused SAP projects with international scope.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes; design support for new processes in reconciliation and testing.
