B. Braun Medical Industries Penang, APAC headquarters, is seeking a Senior Executive - Regional Process Coordinator to harmonize and enhance finance processes across the region.

You will liaise with Global Process Coordination, Controlling, IT, and regional teams to drive improvements. This role offers exposure to SAP CO/FI workflows, cost allocation, and international projects, with a hybrid work model in Penang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/admin, information systems, finance or accounting; 3+ years in process optimization.
• Strong SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA Controlling expertise incl. cost center accounting and period-end closing.
• Knowledge of cost allocation, IAA, and cross-functional SAP data flows.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and enhance business processes in the respective area.
• Interface between Global Process Coordination, Controlling, IT, and other departments.
• Lead international finance projects and optimize existing processes.
• Support process design, testing, and training; contribute to CO/FI-IT-system landscape.
• Advise regional companies on global Finance/Controlling SAP processes.
