Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of frontend or full-stack experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and JavaScript.
• Experience with AWS Lambda and cloud-based development.
• Knowledge of Redux and modern frontend architecture.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React.js.
• Build reusable UI components and optimize performance.
• Integrate frontend with RESTful APIs and AWS services.
• Develop and maintain serverless functions using AWS Lambda.
• Manage application state with Redux.
• Lead architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with UX, backend, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Support deployment, release management, and production issues.
