Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, 15+ years of experience in infrastructure, and registration as a Professional Engineer (Ir.) with BEM. Willingness to relocate is needed for project lifecycle involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in railway/metro/transportation infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (Ir.) registration with BEM.

Responsibilities

• Construction Leadership: Oversee site activities across full-scope railway infrastructure.
• Commercial & Quality Management: Manage EOTs, variation orders, design compliance and NCRs.
• Regulatory & Safety Governance: Ensure safety, environmental, and local authority compliance for approvals and handover.
