Qualifications

• Multilingual: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English for diverse communication.
• Experienced candidates may be considered for senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: prepare progress claims, payment certs, variation orders, final accounts.
• Cost Estimation: estimate quantity and costs of labor, materials, machinery.
• Project Planning: develop cost plans, estimates and cash flow projections.
• Contract Coordination: liaise with sub-contractors on contract matters.
