Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable professional to manage proposals, cost control, and contract coordination for project tenders. You will prepare proposals, tender documents, and feasibility studies supporting client requests while ensuring procurement and subcontract processes are aligned with project goals.

The role involves site visits, progress claims, variation/ EOT claims, and ongoing coordination with subcontractors to keep projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Preparing proposals and quotations for submission
• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Feasibility studies of client requests
• Advise on materials procurement
• Tendering for the Project or plan costing for new project
• Cost Analysis and cost Control and working to keep the project within the budget
• Variation order Claim, EOT claim
• Site visits, assessments and measurement
• Certified Sub-contractor Claim
• Prepare Progress Claim
• Price Negotiation with Sub-con or supplier
• Awarding Contract to subcontract
• Preparing Quotation to client
• Preparing Final Account (Sub-contractor or Consultant)
• Coordination Works with project site
• Monitoring and manage the project contracts.
