• Foundation work: Piling, substructure, geotechnical

• Consultant firm

Job Scope

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, including initial estimates and final costs; provide accurate advice on cost and procurement strategy throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage the tender process, including preparation of bills of quantities, reviewing contractor bids, and negotiating contracts; work closely with clients and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare bill of quantities (BoQ) involving quantity take‑off, material sourcing, and estimating material and labour costs for tendering.
• Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed‑upon terms; manage any variations or changes to the project scope and evaluate the financial impact.
• Conduct interim valuations and prepare progress payments for contractors and subcontractors; ensure accurate valuations of completed work for payment certification.
• Provide post‑contract cost control and management, including final accounts preparation, settlement of claims, and cost reconciliation.

Skills and Experience Required
