Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least five years in related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product development or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and install quality control processes, procedures, tools, and statistical techniques.
• Formulate quality policies and assess economic impact with other disciplines and suppliers.
• Understand customer needs, develop Quality Plan, and report quality health for NPI products.
