Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Quality professional to design and install robust quality control processes across NPI projects. You will work with engineering, operations and suppliers to ensure products meet requirements and quality standards.

You will review failure analyses, drive corrective actions, and monitor quality performance data to identify trends and enable continuous improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; required.
• At least 5 years in either product development or manufacturing.
• Quality assurance certification or Six Sigma belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement quality control processes, procedures, tools, and sampling/testing methods.
• Formulate quality policies and track quality health for NPI products.
• Identify quality risks and drive mitigation actions to closure.
• Review and approve root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead lessons-learned sessions and institutionalize improvements.
• Monitor product/process performance data and drive improvement.
