Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality-driven roles including leadership positions.
• Experience with stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and full SDLC in Agile environments.
• Hands-on testing with web tech (React, Node.js, iFrames, HTTP headers) and test automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end quality strategies and test plans for complex game systems.
• Use data and metrics to set quality standards and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Build scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright or Cypress.
• Lead shift-left testing and perform root-cause analysis with developers to embed quality early.
• Conduct non-functional testing across compatibility, interruption, load, and stress scenarios.
• Mentor junior testers and share QA knowledge across EA teams.
