AME Construction Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Senior QAQC Engineer to lead quality control on industrial projects.

You will develop project-specific QC plans, review drawings and specs, perform material inspections, and ensure tests and documentation meet regulatory standards. You will conduct site inspections, issue NCRs, support root-cause analysis, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare inspection reports and certificates.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in QA/QC engineering, preferably in industrial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and quality records documentation systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans.
• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure compliance.
• Conduct material inspections, witness tests, and ensure proper documentation (e.g., Material Approval Requests, Inspection Test Plans).
• Perform regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance with project and regulatory standards.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding quality matters.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports, including inspection reports, test records, and certificates.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Provide training to project teams on quality procedures and best practices.
