Job summary

UNITED TRADEWIND TRADING SDN BHD is seeking a QA/QC Engineer-Executive to lead QA/QC for civil and structural projects in Malaysia. The role involves developing QA/QC procedures, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

You will review materials and processes, prepare non-conformance reports, and coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to construction plans, codes, and regulations.
• Review and approve construction materials, processes, and final products to meet project specifications and standards.
• Prepare QA/QC reports, including non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Participate in project handover and closeout processes, ensuring all QA/QC documentation is completed.
