Job summary

China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor/Engineer to oversee quality assurance across civil, architectural, and structural disciplines on a Malaysian project. You will manage QA/QC documents, inspect materials, and coordinate with consultants and site teams to uphold project standards.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in a related field and a minimum of three years in QA/QC.

Qualifications

At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
3+ years of experience as QA/QC Supervisor/Engineer.
Familiar with Malaysia construction standards, design policies, and quality inspection requirements.
English required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Ensure QA/QC documentation meets project specs and quality standards.
Develop/oversee inspection/test plans, test results, and non-conformity reports.
Review materials quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate inspections with Consultants, Site In-Charge, and contractors.
Maintain QA/QC manuals, procedures, and distribution of documents.
Liaise for material submittals and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
