Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Coordinator - Quality Assurance to join the BCS team in Kuala Lumpur. The role supports Internal Controls and Centralized Quality Assurance across Asia onshore operations, focusing on monthly QA reviews, SOP compliance, and process improvements to reduce errors and enhance client outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, update SOPs, and implement corrective actions while ensuring regulatory alignment and high quality service delivery within a hybrid working

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in controls role, preferably in financial services.
• Strong integrity, detail orientation, and compliance mindset.
• Self-starter with problem-solving and proactive thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly QA reviews across Asia onshore BCS operations.
• Ensure SOPs meet market standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review and update SOPs to reflect changes in business practices.
• Identify and analyze E&Os and root causes of errors.
• Recommend corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
