Job summary

Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a proactive Document Controller for our construction projects in Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, including Method Statements, RFWI/RFI, NCR/CAR records, test reports, and meeting minutes.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, have at least 3 years of progressive experience in document control, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Document Controller roles within construction projects.
• Familiarity with Malaysian construction industry practices and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Method Statements.
• Submit Materials for approval.
• Manage Request for Inspection (RFWI) and Request for Information (RFI).
• Maintain NCR & CAR records.
• Compile Test Reports and Meeting Minutes.
• Prepare Progress Reports.
• Follow Instructions from Engineer & Architect.
• Assist with PE Design documentation.
• Support Handover Documentation.
