Job summary

A leading property development firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Sales (Senior Executive/Assistant Manager) to drive sales performance and develop client relationships. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in property sales, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years in property sales or similar roles.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin & Hokkien is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to develop sales strategies.
  • Assist clients with the sales process including loan applications.
  • Represent the company at property launches and exhibitions.
  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
  • Contribute to sales forecasts by analyzing market trends.
  • Provide mentorship to junior sales staff.
  • Undertake other tasks as directed by management.

Skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the property market
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM tools

Education

Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably Sales/Marketing or Real Estate
