Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in property development.

• Must have prior experience in township development in a similar role.
• Excellent liaison skills with government agencies and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Assess property value and recommend best land use.
• Assist in project conceptualization and preparation of project briefs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk identification.
