Job summary

PEMBINAAN TEGUH MAJU SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a major Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and associated water & sewerage infrastructure project at Mak Mandin, Penang. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical and process works while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 20+ years in civil/infrastructure projects with STP exposure, strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects, with significant exposure to STP and/or wastewater projects.
• Proven track record in project management, construction methodologies, contract administration & regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, monitoring and completion of STP and related water & sewerage infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants and stakeholders to obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering works (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical & process) and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.
• Monitor project costs, schedule, resources and contract administration; manage risks and mitigate delays.
