Job summary

Tialoc Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites applications for a senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction teams. You will drive staff development and assume technical and project management responsibilities to deliver complex projects.

The role requires strong planning, scheduling, and control across engineering, procurement, quality, construction and commissioning, with emphasis on safety, schedule adherence and budget control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project execution with at least 3 years in project management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Willing to travel regionally and internationally.
• Experience coordinating multidiscipline EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidiscipline engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure project delivery including staff development, project management and technical responsibility.
• Undertake complete project planning including schedule development, resource planning, engineering work, procurement planning, quality control, construction, commissioning.
• Implement project management strategy to ensure project is completed safely, meeting design requirements and process guarantees, quality expectations, within budget and schedule.
• Manage project controls: cost estimating, planning/scheduling, benchmarking, cost control/forecasting, earned value reporting, change management, cash flow management and financial status.
• On-site management of multiple trade contractors including safety, logistics, schedule coordination and quality of work.
• Identify and manage project risks.
