Binaan Desjaya Sdn. Bhd. (BDSB) seeks a Project Manager to lead a major infrastructure project in Malaysia. You will manage the project team and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget, while liaising with consultants and authorities for approvals.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years’ construction experience are required, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate resources and meet deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction industry on major infrastructure projects.
• Self-motivated and results oriented with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead the project team to complete the assigned project.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, time, budget, quality and safety.
• Liaise effectively with consultants and government authorities for approvals.
• Monitor the works carried out by sub-contractors to ensure conformance to specifications and approved designs.
• Review site work productivity and arrange for resources as required.
• Manage progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones.
