The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

• Sr. Project manager for the development of innovative chip technologies based on our Nitride (AlInGaN) material systems
• Intense interface and stakeholder management
• Supervision of projects with regard to further development of the Nitride (AlInGaN) platform
• Work out the details and test new chip concepts and designs together with the project global/international team
• Sustainable and systematic solving of complex problems with regard to design and processes

• Advanced project management skills and experience in leading complex projects, preferable in chip development
• Professional trainings e.g. certified project manager recommended
• Degree in physics, electrical engineering, materials science or a related field
• Essential knowledge in the field of semiconductor and device physics, preferably in the development of LED-Chips based on Nitride (AlInGaN) material system
• Professional experience in leading complex development projects
• Organizational talent, assertiveness as well as the ability of leading global/international teams
• Creativity, analytical thinking and a high level of problem-solving competence
• Well-structured and target-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams creating cutting edge technology
• Working in an intercultural environment, and able for regular travels for training and team meeting to the headquarter in Germany
