Responsibilities

• Manage and execute defined transfer and conversion projects to meet scope, budget and time objectives.
• Lead medium to large project teams with cross-functional members and define roles and interfaces.
• Coordinate transfer projects based on feasibility, forecasts, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate subprojects for frontend transfer, test enabling, frontend-backend interaction and release readiness.
• Organize reporting structures and provide regular status with escalation of critical topics.
• Prepare and manage Change Requests for projects.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

• 1. Manage and execute defined transfer and conversion projects and sub-projects to achieve strategic project objectives: Scope, Budget and Time to project completion.
• 2. Manage medium to large project teams with members outside the direct working environment to structure the project organization and define clear roles & responsibilities as well as the relevant interfaces.
• 3. Coordinate and prepare Transfer and Conversion projects based on technical feasibility, product volume forecast in close alignment with the transfer portfolio management, division, technology experts and capacity planning.
• 4. Coordinate the required subprojects of frontend technology transfer, test enabling, front-end-back-end interaction, backend readiness and product qualification and release to ensure the ramp readiness of the receiving Fab.
• 5. Organize reporting and meeting structure within the project; provide regular project status, appropriate and timely escalation of critical topics.
• 6. Coordinate and prepare Change Requests for the projects.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• 1. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Physics or a comparable qualification.
• 2. More than 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with 4 years of experience in leading projects.
• 3. Project Management skills (professional certification is an advantage)
• 4. Experience of leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• 5. Willingness to travel internationally from time to time, mainly to our locations in Europe and Asia
• 6. Excellent English language presentation skills
