Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Project Sr Analyst to advance the Asset Servicing Transformation program. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, develop project plans, manage stakeholders, and drive risk mitigation for major platform replatforming and regulatory initiatives.

The role requires 5-8 years of Asset Servicing and project/change experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree. You will mentor new recruits and coordinate teams to deliver efficient, compliant outcomes across the program.

Responsibilities

• Create project plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
• Test planning and execution of functional testing.
• Requirements gathering and documentation.
• Identify key stakeholders who will participate in project scope definition and understand dependencies.
• Ensure resources are assigned to the project and monitor commitment.
• Ensure change control is executed throughout the project.
• Establish project communication needs and support creation of a communication plan.
• Measure project management performance against standards.
• Create the project risk management plan.
