Job summary

Citi in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support the Asset Servicing Transformation program. The role leads the lifecycle phases for strategic, cross-functional initiatives, including system replatforming of core Asset Servicing platforms and related systems.

The candidate will coordinate project activities, ensure resource alignment, manage risks, and advise senior stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years Asset Servicing and project/change experience
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Create project plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan and central project issue log.
• Test planning and execution of functional testing.
• Requirements gathering and documentation.
• Identify key stakeholders for project scope, dependencies.
• Ensure resources are assigned to project and monitor commitment.
• Ensure change control is executed throughout project.
• Establish project communication needs and support creation of project communication plan.
• Measure project management performance against standards.
• Create the project risk management plan.
