Global Switch Limited is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to oversee complex, M&E‑intensive construction projects from inception to handover, ensuring technical integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with standards.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage procurement, cost control, planning, and reporting, and drive governance across design and construction, with a focus on risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to support long‑term business

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex M&E-intensive projects in live environments.
• Proficient in procurement, contractor oversight and cost control.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and reporting for large programmes.
• Deep understanding of building systems, regulatory frameworks and technical standards.
• Ability to align construction programmes with business objectives and cost targets.
• Knowledge of local Health & Safety regulations and Designers’ Risk Assessments.
• Proven ability to influence internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project management from inception to close-out.
• Deliver monthly group reports for Executive Committee.
• Direct site-based teams, contractors and consultants to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Recruit, develop and lead internal project teams with clear objectives.
• Apply group-wide processes for cost, quality and programme control.
• Maintain governance, reporting and compliance across all phases.
• Align construction activities with M&E and connectivity requirements.
• Ensure compliance with permits and sustainability accreditations during design and construction.
