Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Extensive experience on medium-scale construction projects (> $50M).
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Establish PMO Project Controls framework with tailored methodologies, standards, templates, and tools.
• Direct governance structures including steering committees and change control processes.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.
• Develop project dashboards and reports for real-time status, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate with resource managers to ensure adequate staffing and optimize utilization.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly.
