Job summary

Flex Ltd in Prai, Penang invites a Senior Program Management Manager to oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for manufacturing programs. You will lead cross-functional teams to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets while aligning with capacity plans.

Your role includes customer interfacing, project planning, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance. relevant leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Interfacing with customers, solving problems, building relationships, and managing escalations.
• Leading cross-functional projects from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment.
• Participating in project planning sessions and defining timelines and deliverables.
• Tracking KPIs related to customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, quality, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• P&L / Financial / Cost management: deliver manufacturing cost vs forecast and drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams (CFT) across departments.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery within manufacturing cost forecast; manage scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain customer relationships, provide regular project updates and site communications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
