Job description

An enthusiastic and highly organized Senior Production Manager to drive development initiatives from inception to completion. In addition to leading cross-company projects, the Senior Production Manager will mentor and grow the team members, as well as work with development and business teams to shape and manage the development pipeline.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day to day production operation making sure everything is running smoothly
  • Involve in project planning and resource allocation
  • Involve in dealing with outsourcers
  • Work closely with business team and producers on project budgeting
  • Once project is up and running, oversee the project schedules and health making sure everything is in order
  • Involve in trouble shooting and solving production issues
  • Maintain good communication and relationship with clients
  • Involve in team expansion and hiring process
  • Involve in artist performance review, career road map, salary and contracts
  • Upkeep overall team morale and spirit
  • Constantly listen and talk/advise to team members who are facing issues that are affecting their work performance.
  • Frequent meet/follow up with managers, leads and supervisor to check in on their statuses and if there’s any outstanding issues.
  • Involve in improving department pipeline, workflow, infrastructure and team structures as well
  • Involve in hardware and software planning and upkeeping with IT team and technology team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with public, media, authorities, social influence group as well as both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend interviews or public speaking events, prepare write up for all external communication materials, construct press releases by line articles and keynote presentations.
  • Participate in PR activities, publicity events, internal marketing and an organization's culture to increase public awareness
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade show
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizations skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in people management and people grow over time. Able to lead and motivate through change
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, project management methodologies, and tools (Confluence, Jira, Shotgun, MS office, Gsuite...etc.)
  • Proven experience managing schedules and project resources to achieve desired results on time
  • Ability to use a robust analytical and artistic approach to solve complex issues
  • Organizationally savvy verbal and written communications skills with the ability to flex the right communication approaches and skills for the appropriate audience
  • Exemplifies emotional intelligence, knowing how to relate to team members and build lasting professional relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building capacity with the client, partner, and internal team at different levels in the organization.
