EE-Lian Plastic Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor to assist the Factory Manager in planning and coordinating daily production activities at our Bukit Minyak, Penang facility. You will coordinate manpower, machinery and materials to meet schedules and monitor performance across output, efficiency and delivery.

You will lead production teams, drive improvements in productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards and safety.

Competenze

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Polymer Engineering or related discipline.
At least 3–5 years of production or manufacturing experience.
Experience in plastic manufacturing or injection moulding will be highly advantageous.
Experience supervising production teams or shift personnel is preferred.
Knowledge of production planning, manpower allocation, process control and KPI monitoring.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, root-cause analysis and corrective action will be an advantage.
Knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards and manufacturing safety will be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or manufacturing systems is advantageous.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; hands-on and willing to support production outside normal working hours when required.

Mansioni

Assist the Factory Manager in planning and monitoring daily production activities.
Coordinate manpower, machinery and materials to meet production schedules.
Monitor output, efficiency, downtime, rejection, wastage and delivery performance.
Supervise production leaders and operators to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse to maintain smooth operations.
Investigate production delays, defects and machine downtime; implement root-cause analysis and corrective action.
Drive improvements in productivity, cycle time, wastage and manufacturing cost.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, quality standards and safety requirements.
Maintain 5S, housekeeping and workplace safety within the production area.
Prepare daily production reports, records and KPI data for management review.
