Job summary

Sonoco Products (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Production Executive to monitor, control and evaluate production and safety processes to meet productivity, scrap, quality and safety targets. You will manage a team of supervisors and workers and implement production activities in line with Sonoco’s Production and Quality Manual.

The role emphasizes creating a safe working environment and pursuing continuous improvement through problem solving and corrective actions, with a Diploma/Degree

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Management/Engineering or the equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working and 1-year supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Exposure to consumer packaging or FMCG is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; English and Bahasa Melayu proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and evaluate production and safety processes to meet targets.
• Manage a group of supervisors and workers and implement production activities per manual.
• Establish a safe working environment following the Safety Plan and Procedures.
