Job summary

Duopharma HAPI Sdn Bhd in Glenmarie, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Production to coordinate HAPI manufacturing, ensure GMP compliance, and drive safety and quality. You will lead daily operations, manage production staff, and ensure products are produced and stored per approved procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on execution, and a focus on process improvements, containment controls, and regulatory readiness in a GMP-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant science or engineering fields.
• 3–5 years of pharma manufacturing experience.
• Experience with GMP, containment and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily HAPI manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Ensure manufacturing processes (dispensing, granulation, tableting, encapsulation, coating, washing and packing) follow procedures and specifications.
• Lead production personnel, drive process improvements and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
