Job summary

Duopharma HAPI Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Technician, Validation to execute qualification and validation tasks within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will work with Production, QC and QA teams to ensure qualification programs are executed on schedule and compliant with applicable GMP/GLP requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/validation in a GMP-regulated environment is advantageous.
• Note: the JD keeps requirements broad rather than inventing minimum years.

Responsibilities

• Execute qualification and validation activities according to the approved Validation Master Plan.
• Perform periodic re-evaluation of validated and qualified systems.
• Execute method validation, PQ, temperature mapping, cleaning validation, and CSV.
• Perform testing of validation samples and ensure results are properly documented.
• Coordinate with Production, QC and QA to ensure activities meet schedules.
