Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, production management software, or MES.
• Knowledge of OHSMS and EMS systems, quality tools, and production KPIs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage production personnel to ensure operations are efficient, effective, and meet quality standards.
• Plan and develop production workload schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Ensure production personnel follow SOPs, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Manage production equipment and work environment for safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and drive improvement initiatives to reduce defects and waste.
• Manage planning to align product realization with sales demand.
• Ensure OHS and EMS policies are established and integrated into processes.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the production and operations team.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
